There is no direct ferry to Antwerp. The handiest options arrive in Rotterdam (about an hour from Antwerp) or on the short Channel crossings to Calais and Dunkirk, followed by a drive of roughly two hours.

From the arrival port to your destination
Arriving in Rotterdam puts you about an hour from Antwerp by car on the A16/E19. From Calais or Dunkirk it is closer to two hours on the E40 and E17.
Available ferry services
Routes towards Antwerp are served by P&O Ferries and DFDS, with Stena Line on the Harwich–Hook of Holland crossing as a useful alternative from the south-east.

By car you have the most freedom. From Rotterdam you can reach Antwerp in about an hour; from Calais or Dunkirk it is roughly two hours. Book ahead in peak season.
