Ferry from Harwich to Brussels
Brussels has no ferry port, so the real question is which crossing leaves you the shortest drive. From Harwich that is Stena Line to Hook of Holland, with a daytime and an overnight sailing, and Brussels is a little over two hours from the terminal by car or by train via Rotterdam. If you would rather cross quickly and drive on, Dover to Calais is the alternative.

Brussels can be reached in approximately two hours from Hook of Holland. The route follows major motorways through the Netherlands and Belgium. Traffic congestion is common around Brussels, particularly during peak commuting periods.
